Last night Keagan and I surprised Erik with a picnic in the park after work. We even had homeplate seats for some little league entertainment- and glimpsed a bit of our future. Keagan is still weary of crawling on grass, but Daddy managed to get him off the blanket a little bit. Keagan loved watching all the kids running around and being out in the nice fresh air. Daddy could have done without the mosquitoes, but other than that it was a lovely evening. It also apparently wore Keagan out because after a nursing at 5:30am, he slept till almost 8:00am!!! We celebrated our sleep-in with some waffles and french toast at a local cafe.
