I hope you all got to enjoy the fabulous weather this Memorial Day weekend. Erik and I did lots of projects around the house, including a new landscape for the bushes in front of our house and we started a little flower bed on the other side of the walkway. It's been a plan months in the making and we felt so proud of ourselves we then indulged in a glorious day at Hampton Beach on Monday where we relaxed in the sun, flew our kite, played in the arcade and gorged ourselves on Italian sausage, fried dough, fish and chips, soft serve icecream and fresh lemonade.... is there anything better?

I'm in love with those two beach pictures! I'm also jealous that you were even at the beach, but I did manage to spend my Sunday lying around in the plush green grass of Larz Anderson Park, so I guess I can't complain!
Yay for summer! How long till we get to take the baby to the beach?! ;)
