"Sssmmmoooooosh"

Three days of rainy/snowy weather makes for a desperate situation with a toddler. So I made playdough! Keagan got introduced to the magic of this substance at art class and really thinks it's funny when I make an exaggerated "Smmmoooosh" sound when he presses on it. I gave him the utensils from his little kitchen set and some plastic cookie cutters and we were good to go! The dough came out a little soft with the recipe I used and I'm not sure if I messed it up, or if it's not the best recipe. The art teacher said she'd share hers with me next week, and she had far superior dough. Keagan did eat a few little bits of it, and much to my surprise, did not immediately spit it out- this dough has a ton of salt in it. Oy. He likes to lick the bubble wand too... do I have an odd child?

Charlotte won't eat an actual carrot or pea, but will gladly eat bubbles and occasionally moon sand, so go figure...

Don't get the flavored bubbles, or sented, as they are really called! Emma loved eating those the best, but would partake in regular flavored bubbles when the cherry scented ones were not avaiable! Must be a kid thing, right up there with eating paste and sticking things up their nose!
Note: when they stick a chocolate chip up their nose, do not panic, it will melt out!! Just a future reference! Kristin
