I got out the baby book to write down today's date, because it was another milestone. We took Keagan to Maynard Barber Shop which came recommended for taking little boys to, and he got his first haircut! They have a play rug in the front of the store with tons of trucks and vehicles, so right away, Keagan was happy to be there. He didn't much care about watching Daddy get his haircut, he wanted to play. When it was his turn, we decided to have him sit on my lap, since he didn't seem to want to get in the big chair by himself. The barber also gave him some trains to hold, which helped distract him. He was a bit apprehensive and didn't like it AT ALL when the woman folded his ear down to get at that area, but he held it together and did not have a total meltdown. Afterwards, he didn't want to leave the shop, he wanted to play more. When we got home, Daddy taught Keagan that the first thing to do after getting your haircut is change your shirt.

Good Lord...Where did the baby go??Keagan looks so grown up in his first haircut. Milestones come - and go so quickly. I love the Willow tunnel...all kids should have a dog for a playmate....so precious. Happy Almost Two Birthday! Is this possible?..Love to all.....Peg
