We went up for Vermont for a night this weekend to celebrate Christmas with Papa's side of the family. It was a bit of a whirlwind trip up and back in two days, but it went very well and we had a great time. We had good traveling weather, and they had a little bit of snow on the ground up there which made Keagan super excited. We had a lovely dinner with everyone at my grandparents' house and then it was off to the hotel and a dip in the pool before bedtime. I can't say it was our best night of sleep ever, all sharing one hotel room, but we managed. In the morning we had breakfast with Tarah, Ken and the girls, Mema and Papa and then took another swim before packing up and heading back to visit everyone at Grandpa and Joyce's house again. It was all over too quickly and sad to say goodbye.
This is the first time I've ever gotten the boys in matching outfits. Keagan picked out the sweaters.
Keagan's present from his great-grandparents was a toy chainsaw. Naturally, the first thing he did was try to cut down their Christmas tree.
