Meeting Baby Leo

We were thrilled to have Liza, Joe and Leo come for a weekend visit with us. Little Leo was a fantastic traveler and Liza and Joe were so amazingly calm for first-timers. I was in awe.
Keagan LOVED the baby. He wanted to hold him, feed him, talk to him... he couldn't get enough. Although he also wanted to do EVERYTHING with Uncle Joey- like take a shower with him, but we decided to let Joe have at least a couple minutes to himself on that front.
Torin didn't pay the baby much attention at first, except of course if I was holding Leo, then he wasn't thrilled. I think he had a moment of "oh, that's alive?!" and not a doll, which was pretty cute to see his little mind figure that out. He smiled at the baby sometimes and "talked" to him, but he definitely wasn't as enthusiastic about the whole deal as Keagan.
We had a nice little party with friends to have everyone meet the baby and Leo was a champ, getting passed around to all his admirers all day. Then we had my parents up for brunch the next day to meet him and that's when Keagan decided Leo was encroaching on his territory because all Mema wanted to do was hold Leo. Keagan was a bit put out by the baby after that, but he recovered.
It was a great visit and we miss you guys already!
