When Keagan woke up this morning we had a little pile of stuff on the table for him- a book, some hershey kisses, two little plant growing kits, and the big present: Nickelodeon Wii Fit. We got the Wii fit for Christmas from my parents and Keagan tried playing the games on the disk that comes with it, but most were too hard for him. He was psyched by the kid-friendly version, especially since it features Dora, Diego, Backyardigans and Kai-Lan. He had to try it right away. The cutest thing that happened though, was Torin wanted to play along with his brother. I got out the bathroom scale and Torin, without fail, would step on it every time big brother did.
Then we went grocery shopping and I got the boys Valentine balloons, which were great entertainment for them as they invented several new games to play. When Torin was napping, Keagan and I made some Valentine vanilla cake with whipped cream frosting. Keagan spent about 15 minutes decorating it with M&Ms, Cheerios, Kix, and gum drops.
