With the continued cold weather, I decided to do something fun with the boys to pass the afternoon and take them bowling. It was great because there was hardly anyone there, it's candlepin so the boys can actually pick up the balls, they have an arcade to play some games after bowling, and a little burger restaurant for dinner (which has a kitchen playset for the kids to play with while we wait for food!). It was a whole afternoon of fun! We had them put the bumpers up over the gutters, to cut down on frustration. Of course once Keagan just wanted to roll his ball down the gutter on purpose so he could yell "gutter ball!" One of their favorite parts was watching the balls come back up to them on the ball track. I remember that part being fascinating to me when I was a kid too :) Our alley also had a couple of orange pins mixed in with the white, and whenever one was set for Keagan's turn he was obsessed with hitting "the golden pin". Amazingly, he managed to hit that pin about 75% of the time, I'd say.
Oh, and the last picture is Torin in his adorable cookie monster sweatshirt walking back to the car. Had to snap that one :)
