Sleep

Well, we are finally seeing a light at the end of Keagan's sleep-rejection tunnel. He has still been waking up every 2 hours at night and not wanting to nap for more than a half hour anywhere other than on me up until this past week. We did a little sleep training with him and the little guy has been a trouper! He now goes down for a nap on his own, in his crib! Even more impressive is that he will sleep there for over an hour now. At night he is also sleeping in his own bassinet in our room all night (i.e. not in our bed anymore) and is still waking up more than I'd like, but is now down to just one or two nursings at night, as opposed to every two hours. Whew!!

At 3 months, we put Charlotte in her own crib in her own room, she slept through the night (and still does) ever since we moved her. Just load him up with a full tummy....let him drink till his eyes roll back in his head! That should knock him out cold!
