This past week, the crew of Extreme Homemakeover was in Maynard re-doing a deserving family's home. It was all very exciting and the whole town was supportive (I did my part and made muffins for the volunteers) and they set up shuttle buses to view the building site, which Keagan and I gladly utilized for some afternoon entertainment. Keagan loved the trucks of course, but his favorite part of the outing was definately riding on the school bus to get to and from the site. Unfortunately, our return trip was a little too close to his nap and we ended up having a MELTDOWN when it was time to get off the bus with Keagan in tears crying "More bus, more bus!" while little old ladies oogled over how cute it was that he liked the bus. Such is the price to witness a television event. Watch for the episode on ABC that I believe is going to be the season finale in May. Go Maynard!
