Edaville Railroad's Day Out with Thomas
Today was a BIG day. As a present for Keagan's birthday, Erik and I decided to take him to a Day Out with Thomas at Edaville Railroad. I think he was the perfect age for it. He was enchanted by seeing a "real live Thomas." It was fantastic. We spent 5 1/2 hours there! It was pretty warm, but thankfully there was a good breeze, and of course, fresh lemonade and ice cream helped too :) A highlight for me was going on the ferris wheel with Keagan. Their wheel was built in 1953, and I gotta say, it goes pretty fast! It was really fun. Erik and Keagan also did a couple rides together, including the adorable flying elephant ride. Sadly, Torin was stuck in the stroller most of the time, but he had a good time too and was a happy baby most of the day. Although he cried when he looked up and realized Mommy was on the ferris wheel and going out of sight, and back in, and out. He also napped in the car during both of the hour and a half trips down and back.

It must have been ROASTING that day!! Plan a trip around Christmas time, that's the best time to go with all the lights and hot cocoa! We'll meet you there!
